We will provide the Executive Assistance you need to succeed. Executive or Personal Assistant (sometimes called Administrative Assistant) has a myriad of administrative duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, correspondence, handling travel arrangements, coordinating all details of the convention you are involved with, arranging the catering for a typical lunch meeting, writing original documents for review, assisting in daily tasks, screening incoming calls/keeping call list, helping you implement the calls on your call list, monitoring and delegating your emails by matter of priority, reviewing documentation, managing mail, any and all researching, scheduling reservation, booking and confirming meetings and more.
